Unless you cancel your Subscription before the end of the current billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew for the same duration at the then-current price.

Subscribers receive a specified number of Credits based on their Subscription plan. Credits are used to access and utilize various features within the App, such as generating AI-designed images.

Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Expired Credits will not be reinstated or refunded.

6.3 Purchasing Additional Credits

If you exhaust your allocated Credits, you may purchase additional Credits through the appropriate tab on your user page.

7. Usage Rights and Restrictions

7.1 Current Usage Rights

Currently, Subscribers have the right to use AI-generated redesigned images for both personal and business purposes without additional licensing fees.

7.2 Future Subscription Levels and Usage Rights

In the future, we may introduce different Subscription Levels that provide varying rights to use the generated images. These may include (but not limited to):

You retain ownership of any Content you upload or create using the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content as necessary to provide and improve our services.
